Culenar Special Reserve GSM 2015


Origen: Vineyard properties located in Sagrada Familia (El Culenar Estate), Curicó Valley – Entre Cordilleras.
Variety: 40% Grenache, 35% Sangiovese and 25% Mouvedre.
Harvest: Manual, during April and May, depending on the different varieties.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels.
Color: Deep red claret with light brown hues.
Aroma: Ripened red fruits, spices, rosemary and cassis. With pleasant toasted, floral, subtly vanilla notes and a nice integration of the fruit with the wood.
Taste: Spiced, complex and well balanced. Its tannins are rounded and soft. A pleasant volume and excellent finish.
Pairing: Aged cheeses and white meats.
Serving Temperature: 16 y 18°C.
