Variety: | 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec and 10% Petit Verdot. |
Harvest: | Manual, between April and May, depending on the different varieties. |
Aging: | 18 months in French oak barrels. |
Color: | Dark maroon with mild hints of brown. |
Aroma: | Ripe black fruits, blackberries, coffee, chocolate and cassis. With pleasant floral notes, vanilla and a nice incorporation of the fruit with the wood. |
Taste: | Concentrated, spiced, toasted, complex and well balanced. Rounded and soft tannins, with a pleasant body and long finish. |
Pairing: | Aged cheeses and grilled meats. |
Serving: | 16° a 18° C. |
