Culenar Special Reserve Sangiovese 2016


Origen: Vineyard properties located in Sagrada Familia (El Culenar Estate), Curicó Valley – Entre Cordilleras.
Variety: 100% Sangiovese.
Harvest: Manual, in mid-May.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Color: Pale claret with light brown hues.
Aroma: Dark fruits, good intensity, mature and spiced. Lightly toasted, with pleasant floral notes, lightly vanilla, and a rich integration of fruit and wood.
Taste: Juicy, soft, complex and well balanced. Flavorful, rounded and soft tannins, with a good finish.
Pairing: White cheeses, pasta with sauce, white meats.
Serving Temperature: 16 y 18°C.
