Tronador – Cabernet Sauvignon Carmenére Reserve 2012


Origin: Company owned vineyards in the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 60% Carmenére, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvest: Manual, mid April for Cabernet and late April for Carmenere.
Storage: Aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.
Color: Intense dark red.
Aroma: Ripe dark fruits, blackberry and plums, red pepper notes and a pleasant touch of vanilla.
Flavor: Elegant, good texture, tasty, remarkable fruit and wood notes which result in a perfect balance. Tannins are soft, ripe and silky. It has nice palate and is easy to drink.
Food pairing: Red meats, wildfowl and a wide variety of ripe cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 16° a 18° C
