Origin: Company owned vineyards in the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 100% Carmenére.
Harvest: Manual, end of April
Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks.
Storage: Aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.
Color: Intense dark red color.
Aroma: Elegant and fruity, it resembles berries and ripe plums blended with the fine french wood. It has chocolate and vanilla notes and intense pepper.
Flavor: It’s a well-balanced wine with a strong presence of fruits blended with the fine french wood. It’s silky with a spicy and round flavor.
Food pairing: It pairs well with white meats, elegant starters and fine pasta.
Serving Temperature: Between 16° y 18°C.
