Corona de Aragón – Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2013


Origin: Company owned vineyards in the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvest: Manual, second half of April.
Storage: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Color: Dark violet with a good intensity.
Aroma: Dark ripe fruit, chocolate, hints of mint and toasted wood.
Flavor: Balanced, with nice hints of dark fruits and wood which integrates fine hints of vanilla. Its tannins are structured, smooth, mature and rounded. Its pleasant balanced and persistent.
Food pairing: Red meats, wild fowl and strong cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 16 a 18°C.
