Aguanegra – Reserve Cabernet Franc 2012


Origin: Company owned vineyards in the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvest: Manual late in April.
Storage: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Color: Intense dark red color with violet tones.
Aroma: Very ripe and intense dry fruits, with hints of chocolate, mint, spices and vanilla. A fine blend of fruit and wood.
Flavor: Dense, mature, structured, toasted and complex. The fruit mixes well with wood bringing great balance. The tannins are mature and well rounded. The palate is long and intense.
Food pairing: Red meats and wild fowl.
Serving temperature: 16° to 18°C.
