Aguanegra Gran Reserve Petit Verdot 2018


Origin: Vineyards  of the  Palquibudis area (Fundo Chile Chico) Curicó Valley, Entre Cordilleras.
Variety: 92% Petit Verdot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvest: By hand, on the middle and late April.
Aging: 12 months in french oak barrels.
Color: Dark red very intense with violet dyes.
Aroma: Black fruits (blackberry), notes of chocolate and leather. At the end vanilla and a good integration of the fruit with the wood.
Taste: In the mouth it is very concentrated, fatty and fleshy. Good acidity and great balance. Its tannins are ripe, round and tasty. Of an intense and long end.
Pairing: Game birds, grilled red meats, legumes and ripe cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 16° to 18° C.
