Aroma: | Very intense and ripe dark fruits, cherries, plums, with violet flowery notes, spices, vanilla and a fine blend of fruit and wood. |
Flavor: | Highly concentrated, ripe, toasty, complex and full-bodied. Fruit and wood blend nicely resulting in a great balance. Tannins are ripe, round and soft with a long and intense feel on the finish. |
Food pairing: | Pasta, wildfowl and grilled meats. |
Serving temperature: | Between 16° to 18° C. |
