Origin: Company owned vineyards in the Curicó Valley..
Variety: 100% Malbec.
Harvest: Manual end of April.
Storage: Aged for 6 moths in French oak barrels.
Color: Intense dark red color with violet tones.
Aroma: Very intense and ripe dark fruits, cherries, plums, with violet flowery notes, spices, vanilla and a fine blend of fruit and wood.
Flavor: Highly concentrated, ripe, toasty, complex and full-bodied. Fruit and wood blend nicely resulting in a great balance. Tannins are ripe, round and soft with a long and intense feel on the finish.
Food pairing: Pasta, wildfowl and grilled meats.
Serving temperature: Between 16° to 18° C.
