Aging: | 12 months in french oak barrels. |
Color: | Dark red very intense with violet dyes. |
Aroma: | Black fruits (blackberry), notes of chocolate and leather. At the end vanilla and a good integration of the fruit with the wood. |
Taste: | In the mouth it is very concentrated, fatty and fleshy. Good acidity and great balance. Its tannins are ripe, round and tasty. Of an intense and long end. |
Pairing: | Game birds, grilled red meats, legumes and ripe cheeses. |
