Picardía – Cabernet Sauvignon Varietal 2012


Origin: Company owned grapevines from the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvest: Manual, late in April.
Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks.
Color: Intense violet red.
Aroma: Very grapy, with cherries, menthol and chocolate.
Flavor: Balanced, juicy with red fruits and intense variety notes. Tannins are well-balanced, soft and round. It is easy to drink.
Food Pairing: Red meat and cheeses.
Serving Temperature: Between 16 y 18°C.
