Lujuria – Rosé Carmenére Varietal 2016


Origin: Company owned vineyards in the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 90% Carmenére y 10% Viognier.
Harvest: Manual, Viognier end of March and Carmenére in the middle of April.
Fermentation: 100% stainless steel tanks.
Color: Intense pink with purple and bright golden yellow reflections.
Aroma: Intense ripe red fruits, roses and violets.
Flavor: Juicy, fresh, very well-balanced and smooth finish.
Food Pairing: It pairs well with appetizers, green salads, young cheeses, seafood and white meat.
Serving Temperature: Between 10 y 12°C.
