Cava de Familia Brut Rosé Pinot Noir 2016 – Champenoise method


Origin: Own vineyards in the Quilvo area within the Curicó valley, Andes.
Variety: 100% Pinot Noir.
Harvest: Manually, at the end of February.
Fermentation: 100% in stainless steel tanks. In the bottle and aged on its lees for 6 months.
Color: A clear and brilliant pink.
Aroma: Floral with fresh red fruit notes.
Palate: Fresh, complex, juicy and soft with a pleasant citrus finish.
Pairing: Aperitifs, sea-food and white cheeses. Service 8° and 10°C.
