Origin: Own vineyards in the Palquibudis area (Chile Chico Estate) entre cordilleras, Curicó Valley.
Variety: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec and 10% Petit Verdot.
Harvest: Manual, between April and May, depending on the different varieties.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels.
Color: Dark maroon with mild hints of brown.
Aroma: Ripe black fruits, blackberries, coffee, chocolate and cassis. With pleasant floral notes, vanilla and a nice incorporation of the fruit with the wood.
Taste: Concentrated, spiced, toasted, complex and well balanced. Rounded and soft tannins, with a pleasant body and long finish.
Pairing: Aged cheeses and grilled meats.
Serving: 16° a 18° C.
