Picardia – Carmenère 2014


Origin: Grapes grown on the El Milagro Estate, in the central part of the Curicó Valley.
Variety: 100% Carmenère.
Harvest: By hand during the first few days of May 2014.
Fermentation and aging: Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Color: Dark red with good intensity.
Aroma: Spicy, with ripe red fruit, accompanied by berry and plum notes.
Palate: Balanced with delightful fruitiness. Refined ripe fruits with rich complexity, making it spicy and friendly on the palate, with a balanced and smooth finish.
Combines with: White meats, elegant hors d'oeuvres and every kind of pasta. Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
